By creating an account or using Mirror Mindset Performance you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you. A child under 13 may use the app only through an account created, managed, and consented to by a parent, legal guardian, or a facility acting with the parent's authorization, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Mental performance training: check-ins, guided programs, journaling with AI reflections, and team tools. It is coaching-style content and software — not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency services.
Mirror Mindset is not a crisis line, emergency service, or substitute for professional care, and it does not continuously monitor for or respond to emergencies. If you or an athlete may be in danger, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or a licensed professional immediately. Any crisis resources the app shows are informational only.
AI responses are generated automatically and can be imperfect. They are one-time coaching notes — not a substitute for a real coach, parent, counselor, or doctor — and must not be relied on for health, safety, or medical decisions.
Keep your password private and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
You own what you write in the app. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service (including AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy).
The app itself — its software, design, look and feel, content, guided programs, and the Mirror Mindset Performance name, logo, and marks — belongs to Mirror Mindset Performance LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use the app for its intended personal or facility purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Any feedback you share may be used to improve the app without obligation to you.
Team chat and shared features must be respectful — no harassment, bullying, or inappropriate content, especially toward athletes. Coaches and parents are responsible for how they use codes and shared features with their athletes.
Team chat and shared features are for encouragement and team culture. Keep them kind — no bullying, harassment, or inappropriate content. Don't share personal contact information (phone numbers, home addresses, social handles, or passwords) in chat or journals. If anything feels unsafe or unkind, tell a coach or a trusted adult, or email coach@mirrormindsetperformance.com. We may remove content, and suspend or remove accounts, that break these rules.
Facilities, coaches, and parents who use the app with athletes are responsible for their own supervision, safeguarding, and any legal duties they have — including mandatory reporting of suspected abuse or harm. The app is a tool that supports them; it does not assume those responsibilities.
Prices shown in the app are preview pricing unless checkout is available. Where subscriptions are offered, billing terms are shown at purchase, and trials or guarantees are as described there.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the app or its AI responses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to hold Mirror Mindset Performance harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms. Facilities licensing the app agree to the same for their use of it with their athletes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We will update the date above when we do.
